Providing advice and representation in the Nelson Family Court

With 10 years of dedicated experience in providing expert family law advice and engaging in litigation, I am here to offer you the specialised guidance you truly need during this challenging time.

Whether you are newly separated and seeking to gain a clearer understanding of your rights and responsibilities, have been co-parenting and find yourself in need of assistance to formally establish arrangements, or require urgent support to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your family, I am here to help you navigate through these complexities.

I serve as a lawyer for children, a role appointed by the Court to represent the interests of children in legal proceedings, and I am also appointed as a lawyer to assist the Court in various other Family Court litigation matters.

I am a provider of legal aid for Family Court cases, ensuring that assistance is available for those who qualify.

Currently, I am working on a part-time basis, and contact by email is the most efficient method for reaching me. If you are a new client, I encourage you to check out the New Client form to get started.
